The catch Whole team or nothing
A distance only counts when every teammate makes a basket from that exact line. Best gun on the team means nothing if the last bloke bricks it.

Feet behind the line — step-over is no good.
3 shots per player per line (marshal can adjust).
Fail the line → move closer or change order.
Clear a full-team make → you may move further out.
8 minutes. When the clock dies, best locked distance counts.
